Only upload a photo when you have permission from the person depicted and the legal right to use it. Clearly disclose synthetic or altered media when a reasonable viewer could otherwise be misled.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use A2O LITE NEON AI to create, upload, or distribute:

• non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery;
• any sexual content involving a minor or a person presented as a minor;
• fraud, identity theft, impersonation, scams, or fabricated evidence;
• deceptive political or civic content, including false endorsements or statements;
• harassment, threats, bullying, defamation, or targeted humiliation;
• content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• malware, attempts to disrupt the service, automated abuse, or efforts to bypass limits;
• illegal content or content intended to facilitate illegal activity.

Public figures and sensitive contexts

Do not make a public figure appear to endorse a product, state a political view, participate in an event, or engage in intimate or criminal conduct that did not occur. Do not use the service for medical, legal, financial, news, or identity-verification evidence.

Enforcement

We may block a request, limit or suspend access, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with lawful investigations when necessary. You remain responsible for your uploads, outputs, disclosures, and distribution.

Report abuse

If content generated through A2O LITE NEON AI appears to violate this policy or your rights, preserve the URL and relevant evidence and contact the monitored address on the Contact page. Include the affected URL or task identifier, the right you believe is infringed, your relationship to the affected person or work, and a way to contact you. We acknowledge valid notices, temporarily restrict access when appropriate, review the evidence, remove confirmed infringing material, and notify the account holder when legally permitted. Counter-notices and repeat-infringer cases are reviewed manually.
