A2O LITE NEON AI Dance Troubleshooting

Fix common A2O LITE NEON AI dance problems, including rejected photos, changed faces, generation delays, failed tasks, and download issues.

Last updated: 2026-10-18

Start with the status shown in My Videos

If a NEON AI dance does not look finished yet, first check My Videos while signed in. A task may be waiting, processing, completed, or failed. Generation normally takes several minutes, and demand can make it take longer. Starting another task will not make the first one finish faster and may reserve additional credits.

Use the section below that matches what you see.

The photos will not upload

Check each input separately:

  • use JPG, PNG, or WebP;
  • keep each file under 10 MB;
  • use dimensions between 256 and 5760 pixels on each side;
  • re-export an image that the browser cannot read;
  • avoid files renamed with the wrong extension;
  • keep the browser tab open until both previews appear.

On a phone, an image stored only in cloud photo storage may need to download to the device before it can upload. A stable Wi-Fi connection helps with large files.

The generator says a photo is missing

The template requires two images because the source dance contains two performer roles. Confirm that both preview boxes display an image. If you removed or replaced one photo, wait for the new preview before pressing the generate button again.

The first upload controls the opening performer; the second controls the performer who enters later. Do not combine two people in one group photo as a substitute for the two separate uploads.

The face or outfit changed

Some variation is normal in generative video, especially during fast turns, crossed limbs, hair movement, or occlusion. To improve identity and clothing consistency:

  • choose a sharp, front-facing image;
  • use even light across the face and outfit;
  • show one person only;
  • keep the full body, hands, and feet visible;
  • avoid sunglasses, masks, heavy beauty filters, and extreme angles;
  • avoid detailed text, tiny patterns, and reflective accessories on clothing.

If the subject looks good in still frames but changes during motion, try a simpler outfit and a more neutral standing pose. Review the photo guide for stronger inputs.

The two dancers look mixed up

Use visually distinct source photos: different outfits, clear faces, uncluttered backgrounds, and one person per image. Similar clothing, similar hair, group photos, or partially hidden bodies make it harder to keep the roles separate.

Remember that the dancers may change screen position during the choreography. Photo 1 identifies the opening role; it does not guarantee that the person stays on the same side of the frame for all 15 seconds.

The generation is taking longer than expected

Processing time varies with provider demand. Keep the task instead of repeatedly submitting the same photos. You can leave the generator page and check My Videos later from the same account.

If the status remains unchanged for an unusually long time, record the task identifier and contact support. Do not share your password, API key, or full payment-card details.

The task failed

A confirmed technical failure automatically returns the credits reserved for that task: 1 credit for 480P or 2 credits for 720P. Check the credit balance after the failure status appears. A returned generation credit is not a cash refund.

Before retrying, replace any blurry, cropped, unreadable, or heavily filtered input. If the same valid inputs fail repeatedly, contact support with the task identifier, approximate time, selected quality, browser, and device.

The video completed but the result is not what I expected

A completed video can still contain generative variation. Credits are returned for confirmed technical failures, not for normal differences in faces, hands, fabric, hair, or motion. Use clearer references for another attempt and review the preview before sharing it.

The template does not let you change the choreography, source camera edit, duration, framing, or audio. If you expected a different dance or a custom scene, this fixed-template generator is not the right editor for that request.

The video will not play or download

Try these checks:

  1. Refresh My Videos while signed into the account that created the task.
  2. Open the result in a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
  3. Allow the browser to download files from the site.
  4. Check that the device has enough free storage.
  5. Try a stable Wi-Fi connection if the MP4 stops partway through.

Generated videos have limited retention, so download a completed result promptly rather than relying on it as permanent cloud storage.

Before you try again

  • Confirm that both people are consenting adults.
  • Use one clear person per photo.
  • Check both previews and the dancer order.
  • Choose 480P for a lower-cost test or 720P for a clearer final output.
  • Make sure the account has enough credits.
  • Keep the task identifier until the video has downloaded successfully.
