What this policy covers

This policy describes how A2O LITE NEON AI handles information when you upload media, generate a video, create an account, make a payment, or contact us.

Information we process

1. Uploaded media: the photo you choose and the generated video.
2. Account information: your name, email address, authentication details, and basic profile information when you create an account.
3. Service data: request status, errors, approximate usage counts, browser information, IP address, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
4. Cookies: authentication cookies keep signed-in users connected and locale cookies remember their language.

How uploaded media is handled

Your two photos and optional background are sent to our processing provider to create the requested video. A2O LITE NEON AI does not save uploaded source images in its application database. The provider may temporarily retain uploads and intermediate outputs to process the request. Completed paid videos are copied to our Cloudflare R2 storage so that they remain available in My Videos instead of relying on an expiring provider URL.

Do not upload confidential media or content you are not authorized to use.

How we use information

We use information to provide the requested generation, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve reliability, comply with law, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and legal disclosures

We share data only with vendors needed to operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, email, and AI processing providers, or when required by law. Each provider handles data under its own terms and security practices.

Retention and security

Generated videos are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted from active object storage. Provider-hosted inputs and intermediate outputs follow the provider's shorter retention period. Account, payment, abuse-prevention, and operational records may be retained longer when reasonably required for service, security, legal, and accounting purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or early deletion of a generated video or your account information through the Contact page, subject to legal and accounting exceptions. Include your account email and video or task identifier; never send a password, API key, or full payment-card number.

Children

A2O LITE NEON AI is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are below the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live.
